Solution: I worked closely with World Taekwondo to develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy, incorporating key environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations. Beyond strategy design, I provided ongoing implementation support, ensuring sustainability initiatives translated into real action. This involved capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and the development of tailored resources for effective execution.

UEFA Football & Social Responsibility Reporting

UEFA required a structured and effective way to communicate its Football and Social Responsibility (FSR) work across its vast network of stakeholders. The challenge was to create a clear, engaging, and credible reporting process that reflected UEFA’s environmental and social impact commitments.
Solution: I led the concept development for UEFA’s Football and Social Responsibility Report, designing the framework to highlight key sustainability efforts across European football. I also managed the reporting process, ensuring consistency, credibility, and alignment with industry standards, while also editing and refining the final report for publication.

Solution: I designed and developed a comprehensive online course, now hosted on the Global Sustainable Sport education platform. The course provides foundational sustainability training, equipping sports professionals with the tools they need to integrate sustainability into their organisations.
